Sorrows of the Owner

Basically all human are the social animals. They live not only for self, but for others. Actually man born in free having some invisible chains in their feet. The chains control their steps. They can not step individly . Except two or three hour in a day we can not live for self.
Priests pray to God for the pilgrims. Farmer cultivates his crops for others. Shop keeper stock goods in his shop for his customers. Lawyers fight for justice to others, Bus driver carry passengers. Contractor makes houses or roads for general public. All of they don’t think about their own choice, when they are in their work. There only duties are to satisfy their respective consumers. In return of that they get something from the consumers. That’s their profit. All of them may not the owner of their work. But they must loyal to their work. They have some emotional attachment and personal reputation also with their work.. They must be obedient to their service. The prayer of priest, crops of farmer, goods of shopkeeper, bus of bus driver are the sale product of them respectively. If they have their own capacity to make their own sale point, they are the owner. If they have not such power or capacity, they have to search some helps of others. In here also the theory of Darwin “survival of the fittest” can applicable. Who do the best, he gets the best.
In such way all governments are also some big shopping malls .Different offices are their different shopping stalls. The officials who work in offices have just to sale their products in the malls. Their main products are their brain power and skill ness in work. The educational and technical degrees they get from educational institute are their raw materials. They have not their own capacity to sale their products individually, so they need the help of governments. For selling their products to governments they get some profit in monthly or daily basis which named as salary. But an official do his service for the public, not for his personal gain. They must respect their job as well as their owner. But who is the actual owner of these officials? In non government entrepreneur there is some individual owner. All workers are liable to them. But in government offices?
In a democratic country the general public elect there leader or representative from a constituency. The representative represents the public. He must not have any personal choice. The representatives from all constituencies meet together in assembly. They decide the ruling policy. They have two major divisions, the ruling and the opposite. Whatever they are, the main factor of the democratic government is the general people. So we are the governments, not the political parties or the officials. We choose the representive for only five years. If they can properly represent us we forward them for another five years. Otherwise we can throw them to hell. More over we the general public always finance the governments by various types of taxes and royalties. So, the shopping mall in which the I.A.S., A.C.S. or any other officials sale their quality products, we the general people are the owner. We pay them for their work throw government’s treasury department. We collect paisa to paisa for these types of salary and other facilities of them.
So all governments’ officials are our employee. Or it may say that we their employer. We have the optional choice to call a deputy collector of a district as “sir”. It’s not compulsory to call an employee such way by an employer. But to maintain the discipline and the decorum of an office we generally used to pay some extra respect to them. We are the owner, so we must maintain the office clean and transparent.
But It does not mean that this types of respect up them to high to dance on our head. They must realize the difference between the employee and employer. These types of misunderstanding of the respect, some of the employees do not hesitated to commit some kinds of illegal works. They thought they are the super power of the office. They forget the root of his capacity. As they forget the root, they have detached with the emotional attachment to the power given to them by us. They always give harassments to the owner of their shopping centre. They blackmail us again and again. Ask bribes.
Who gave them the power to do so as we give them the opportunity to do work for us? Even we reward them the pension after their retirements from the sale. How dare they to do so?
Yes, we give them the unofficial power to do these types of crime to us. We should remember our right always, Right to control our employee. No one in this world is ultimate for anything. They are also not the last person for any work. We always chose the best employee by various types of examinations.
But all the system of our good will to the nation has changed by corruption of some employees. And some of the represtatives of us in the assembly help them to do so. They used to think that they are the boss of the system. They used to divide us by the British policy,” divide and rule”. They break down all the good doors of democracy and start the entry by the windows of corruptions. They colored democracy as they want to do. The word service is now changing to business. Nobody knows now what is going on to the nation. All are thinking for their personal gain. All government, semi governments undertaking workers of those types do their works only for their personal gain, not for the service to public. So they does not hesitated to get there entry to the government by back door also. They have killed their morality and all other ethics for these types of nasty game. They even force to the innocent school and college students also to join in their nasty group. The advice to make them the unions and teach them to decentralized the power of general public.
Can we except any change in this world if we are going such a way? Do we know where we are going now? We the owners now happy to live like beggars before them. They throw some pieces of sliced breads of so-called development to us. But the main development of such developments is going to the representatives and the officials. They make multi storied building from the commissions of free home schemes for poor. And so on.
How long a nation can survive such away? There are a large numbers of ideological and moral workers also. But they are also binding with the system. And the whole system of the nation is now out of order.
Can God help us to scanning these types of virus? We need his help as early as we can. Otherwise God will also go under their control. What else more?

what is the need of student unions

What is the meaning of a union? In easy form it’s a group of some people having same ideology, social behavior and work. They make their own rules, regulations and guidelines. They are an autonomous body. They decide their own problems and screech solution. When a work can not do by one, it can do by a group. This is the main ideology of making a union. But everything in this world have limit. Unions have also some boundaries and limitations. They must be in their own respective boundaries. They can never overlap on others liberty. They can never ignore their own duties.

The students of Assam have also various numbers of unions. They have their own ideology, rules and regulations. Yes it is true that students of today are the citizen of tomorrow of a nation. But their present brain and experiences are not enough to decide every issue of the nation. But nowadays some student unions have crossed their limit. .They forgets the meaning and ambitions of a student. The main aim of a student is to get knowledge properly to prepare themselves as perfect future citizen. If they spoil their present how can they dream for future?

Nowadays one /two students union of Assam has trying to become the guardian of Assam. They try to shout in every issue of Assam. Even sometimes they are trying to interfere in political issue also. Have student right to do so? As an educational institute have their own non- political image (in democracy it is compulsory also), how a student union can create a political character in educational institute? In such way if some student union divides the institute by religiously, how the institutes maintain its purity of education? Of course now we can get every kind of divisions in a single number of institutes.

In which time the union of students has to protest against the irregularities of classes, examinations, up to date syllabus, libery, practical equipments etc, they are going to make revolutions against the hike of petrol and diesel. These types of right goes to their parents and overlapping of right can not solve the situations. Only it creates some other problems only. They can just advice and can help to solve the situation. Yes, its fact. Every issue is related with everyone, with students also. Prize hike in market, hike of electricity duty, flood, political uncertainty, are related with every common people. But how can a student get the right to shouting in these issues? Have their mantel power and experiences allow doing this? If it allow, what is the need of educated and experienced people in this world? If a student can think, do all, why their teacher can not do this, its shame to all guardians, shame to all intellectuals, shame to all teachers. Shame shame shame. Economic, politics, sociology are such an easy subject that a student of any standard can solve or criticize it, why not they can?

Some students unions are now a powerful organization. Nobody can ignore there orders, even their teachers too. Like the king, nowadays students union can do no wrong. They are superpower and super judge. The can close Assam in one second, they can stop developments of state; they can destroy the national properties. We the common people have just follow their orders. But can they try to show the evidence of their superpower ship in other way? Can they control over the members of their own union? Can they try to return back the old good academic atmosphere of educational institute? Can they again try to start reading?
No they can not. Because if they solve the problems of the students and the if the good academic atmosphere return back, the games of the students unions will over and all leaders become unemployed. (?) The power and status of a student leader are now as like as a cabinet minister. Expect red light they get all advantage and facilities unofficially. So, why they think and solve the problems of their own? Why they remember their own duties, own liabilities? They can not kill the hen from which they are getting gold eggs. Problems are their hen.

The turns over of some student unions are now cross the counting of cores in a single finical year. Can any body believe it? In Assam, where 40% of people still live below poverty line, the child of that poor peoples are now playing in cores. How they get it? What is the main income source of the students? How can they invite film celebrities in their annual meeting?? Have they any candle of Aladdin?
One can clean other after he clean self. A Drunker can not advice others to not to drink. Student unions should remember it. If they doing their duties well? If they fulfill their main ambition? If all of them get maturity before age, without complete education, without experiences?

Everyone can shout anything if their stomach is full with others hard work. They can insult their parents also, from which they get their two times food, there tuitions fees, their every thing including their underwear.

If you cannot do well to others, don’t do badly too. I request the leders of such so-called student unions to stop spoiling the future generation of our own nation. Please break these types of unions.
